The Malta Red Cross is offering the Food Hygiene and Food Handling Course including HACCP at its premises in Xewkija. The course and tutors have been approved by the Department of Health and Certificates issued are in accordance with LN178 of 2001.
The course is intended for all those who work in the catering and food preparation industry.
